Welcome to Katado

Most workout apps make you work before they let you work out. Download a few hundred megabytes, create an account, dismiss an upsell, pick a plan — and only then can you write down that you benched 80 kg for five.

Katado starts at the other end. Open katado.app, pick a lift, spin a wheel, and the set is logged. No store, no sign-up, no subscription gate sitting between you and your own training history.

Two taps, no keyboard

Every value — weight, reps, effort — is entered through a wheel in a bottom sheet, never a keyboard. Mid-workout, one-handed, your rest timer barely notices. Plan sets ahead of time or log them reactively as you go; either way each set owns its own numbers.

Your whole history on one page

There are no tabs and no menus. Today's session sits at the top and every past workout scrolls below it, like one long notebook. Between sessions a quiet engine suggests the next weight based on how the last one felt — a nudge, never a nag.

Local-first, yours by default

Your workouts are saved on your device first and sync to the cloud only when you're online — so dead gym Wi-Fi never costs you a set. Sign in with Google later if you want your history backed up and synced across devices; until then, nothing leaves your phone.

That's the whole pitch: a serious training log with none of the friction. Give it a session and see how it feels.
